Kerry Dodds - Associate (Head of Bills of Quantities)

We're delighted to announce that Kerry Dodds is taking the role of Head of Bills of Quantities at
DSG and will be fully responsible for all bills of quantities between the three offices. With more than 20 years' of consultancy experience, Kerry's experience across residential, commercial, retail, aviation, leisure (and some more unusual projects such as palaces gained during his time in Dubai) will help us ensure that we maintain quality levels and broaden the scope of services that we deliver.

Kerry's background includes a long spell with Gardiner and Theobald International in Dubai from 1996 to 2012. Initially appointed as a Senior Quantity Surveyor to set up and manage the 'Contractor Services Department', dedicated to providing pre and post contract quantity surveying (QS) services, he progressed rapidly through to Associate level in 2007.

Kerry's main role at Gardiner and Theobald involved all aspects of the day-to-day running of the Dubai Office, including the preparation of fee proposals, recruitment, staff appraisal/salary reviews and invoicing.

At DSG Kerry will manage the delivery of bills of quantities and oversee the overall quality of service to ensure that this core aspect of the business remains a key focus. His knowledge and wide experience will enhance our team and enable us to provide the highest level of service for clients of all sizes across the UK.
