INTERNET ABUSES & HAZARDS Internet Fraud Listed below are tips to protect yourself and your family from various forms of Internet fraud. Tips for Avoiding Internet Auction Fraud: - Understand as much as possible about how the auction works, what your obligations are as a buyer, and what the seller's obligations are before you bid.
- Find out what actions the website/company takes if a problem occurs and consider insuring the transaction and shipment.
- Learn as much as possible about the seller, especially if the only information you have is an e-mail address. If it is a business, check the Better Business Bureau where the seller/business is located.
- Examine the feedback on the seller.
- Determine what method of payment the seller is asking from the buyer and where he/she is asking to send payment.
- If possible, purchase items online using your credit card, because you can often dispute the charges if something goes wrong.
- Be cautious when dealing with sellers outside the United States. If a problem occurs with the auction transaction, it could be much more difficult to rectify.
- Ask the seller about when delivery can be expected and whether the merchandise is covered by a warranty or can be exchanged if there is a problem.
- Make sure there are no unexpected costs, including whether shipping and handling is included in the auction price.
- There should be no reason to give out your social security number or driver's license number to the seller.

Microsoft Important Notice
April 8,2014 is the date announced by Microsoft to end the support for Windows XP.
End of support refers to the date when Microsoft no longer provides automatic fixes, updates, or online technical assistance. This is the time to make sure you have the latest available service pack installed. Without Microsoft support, you will no longer receive security updates that can help protect your PC from harmful viruses, spyware, and other malicious software that can steal your personal information.
Many of corporate users have been reluctant to upgrade their pc's operation system because after release and installation of XP Service Pack 3 their computers have been stable and reliable. Also, some older programs are not compatible with Windows 7 or for that matter Windows 8. For those users that took the plunge and upgraded to Windows 7 computing life has become much better because of the rich features of Windows 7.
Windows 7 offers a virtual mode called XP mode that if your legacy program needs to be run on XP you can run it on that mode. We strongly advise to all Windows XP users to upgrade to Intel I7 and Windows 7 64 bit. Why 64 bit? With Windows 32 bit the maximum amount of memory is only 4 GB or ram while with 64 bit you do not have that barrier. Your programs will run faster and your productivities will improve.

There is an added bonus. The cost of Solid State hard drives have come down significantly. So you can have 120 Gb of solid state hard drives for less than $150. For further information please call CEO 818-501-2281.
