Aquafin Injection Resins

CAN YOUR CHEMICAL GROUT DO THIS?
AQUAFIN-PM3811 is a low viscosity, environmentally safe, acrylate injection resin with superior sealing characteristics. It can create solid, homogenous membranes beneath concrete floors, as well as stabilizing soil and filling voids at the building foundation and interface areas.
Typical applications:
- creation of grout curtains
- soil stabilization behind brick and concrete structures
- tunnels, basements, water treatment facilities

AQUAFIN-RAPIDFLEX-213 is a new generation of high-reactive two-component injection resins used for sealing joints and cracks in concrete and stone. It has been especially developed for injecting against flowing water. It physically absorbs water from the surroundings, which guarantees that the hardened material has a homogenous structure.
Typical applications:
- for injection of cracks with high waterflow in concrete, stone, etc.
- to repair leaking expansion joints

- added flexibility where movement might occur
- can be injected against water pressure
- high compressive and flexural strength
- bonds to wet and dry surfaces, compatible with water
- extremely quick reaction time, without affecting material flow

AQUAFIN InjectPro-LV is a low viscosity, hydrophobic polyurethane injection grout with impressive elongation characteristics. It is designed for sealing leaking cracks or joints where some movement is possible. The system is comprised of a base resin and an accelerator, allowing the applicator to adjust the set times for various job site specific conditions.
Typical applications include any concrete structure with water leaks, such as:
- water retaining structures
- waste water treatment plants
- concrete dams
- tunnels and elevator pits
- parking garages
