MEDIA TRAINING FOR BICYCLE ADVOCATES

Join us for the first-ever National Bike Summit media training -- hosted by the League of American Bicyclists, Streetsblog and Streetfilms -- on Sunday, March 2, from 4 to 7 p.m. at the Renaissance DC (999 9th St NW). We'll hear from working journalists on how to pitch and get your story placed -- and learn how to use new and traditional channels to become media makers ourselves. This event is free and open to the public, but you must register. Learn more about who will be speaking and sign up here.

SUMMIT SPONSOR SPOTLIGHTS

We chose this year's National Bike Summit theme - United Spokes - because we recognize the tremendous momentum at the state and local level - and the impact those individual efforts and personal stories have collectively in building momentum at the federal level and helping us achieve our shared goal: A bicycle-friendly America for everyone. The Summit wouldn't be possible without our sponsors, all of whom are critical spokes - and spokespeople - in our winged wheel. Take a look at what some our of Summit sponsors are saying about what speaks to them about bicycling.

THANK YOU TO OUR SPONSORS!
