WIF to Host National Leadership Forum!

We are thrilled to announce that Women's Impact Fund has been selected to host the Fall 2015 National Leadership Forum for the Women's Collective Giving Grantmakers Network (WCGN).

The mission of WCGN is to support the creation, expansion, and development of the women's collective grantmaking movement.  Past conferences have been held in San Diego, Austin and St. Louis.

Dianne Bailey and Sonja Nichols (past WIF Board Chairs) will co-chair this conference which takes place every 18 months and brings together current and emerging leaders representing dozens of women's collective grantmaking organizations across the U.S.  Merrill Lynch is lead sponsor.  Stay tuned for updates and opportunities to participate!

Following the tour, attendees learned about the critical issue of human trafficking from an expert panel, including Antonia "Neet" Childs, Founder and Executive Director, Neet's Sweets, Inc.; Brian Gunter, Co-Founder, Neet's Sweets, Inc.; Taleayah Johnson, Member, Junior League of North Carolina State Public Affairs Committee; and Erin Snyder, Board Member, Lily Pad Haven, Inc.   READ MORE...
