March is Women's History month - a good time to learn about women. It is also a time to celebrate teens with Teen Tech Week from March 8-14. Teens will have fun making a craft on March 10 and getting a flash drive. They can also enter a contest to win prizes for submitting photos of the library collections they have been reading/ viewing/ listening to. See stories below. The adult raffle continues until March 6 - see story below.

The library expansion and renovation is moving forward.  Bids for construction were received back on Feb 18. At the present time the bids are being evaluated. Stay tuned for updates! The library will remain in operation at our present site until a construction bid is accepted by the Borough of Haddonfield. The LIbrary Board is still working on an alternate site for service. Arrangements have been made for borrowing services at other area libraries. The sale of some vintage library furnishings and equipment continues. Click here for the auction site. Watch for updates!

Don't forget to check out the library's subscriptions to eBooks (the 3M Cloud and  Overdrive) which also has downloadable audio books. We also have Hoopla, providing download and streaming of movies, music, TV shows, and more audio books. If you got a new device for the holidays, stop in if you need any help getting started with these subscriptions or visit the links above with lots of information to get started. All with your library card!

The campaign will raise funds for the enhancements, such as contemporary furnishings, equipment, and newer technology throughout the building. You can help by buying a leaf on the tree mural created by HMHS National Honor Society members. The tree is at the top of the stairs on the first floor of the library. Donations are being accepted from $5 to $250. Check with the library staff at the first floor circulation desk. Donations above $250 will be permanently honored in the library after completion of the renovation, anticipated to be seven months after construction begins! For more information visit here!
