Lice Tips
It's Head Lice Season!

Since we are in the height of head lice season, and as a means to minimize the spreading of head lice, please remember to remain vigilant and check your children for head lice periodically.

In the event that your child does contract head lice, please DO NOT send him/her to school. Instead, contact your doctor for recommended treatments, shampoo, cream rinse, or lotion. Wash all your sheets in very hot water; place pillows, stuffed animals and plush toys in a plastic bag tightly sealed for 2 weeks; vacuum all carpets and upholstery furniture in your home or car, and soak ALL hair-care items in rubbing alcohol.

And please contact our staff/faculty to notify the school about any head lice incident so that the classroom may be properly checked and treated. Let's try to be a head lice free school!
