Like Now
We are building a better day. Let's see how it's going now then we will work on improving it. Below are 10 questions to answer about your job.
EXERCISE Say Strong Self Hypnosis My shoulders, arms and hands are strong. My chest and stomach are strong. My back is strong. My heart is strong. I am strong.
Ask yourself the following questions.
Do I show up on time every day? How often am I angry? Do I finish my work on time? How good is my concentration? How often do I make mistakes?
What does my boss say? Am I friendly with my coworkers? What level is the stress? How do I feel when I leave? Overall how satisfied or not satisfied am I with my job?
Reflect on the questions. Perhaps jot a line or two for each question. Starting right now we will be working on having a better day.
