Take a look at them. How many apply to you. What's important is that these desires are coming from your Inner Mind and not from some mysterious place. And there are ways to get rid of them. You can take charge and be happier.
Let's go through each one of the top reasons. Write down a few incidents or reasons for each.
SORROW 1. dad died at 10 2. fired 3. gained weight
JOB 1. not enough money. 2. too much work 3. can't make a mistake.
Sit quietly and visualize Sorrow #1. First see the chains connecting this sorrow with eating. Break them. Then let the sorrow go. See it fly off or go splatt or dissolve. Anyway you can release it.
Do this with all the reasons. Some may not apply to you. These exercises will help the Inner Mind stop sending you desires to eat sweets.
