So far we have focused on removing the desires to overeat. Today we will start on Motivation. A lot of what we will be doing is removing the desires, getting motivated and building healthy eating habits.
First what is our goal. It helps if it is worded this way.
A. I weight under 200 pounds. or
B. I wear a size 6 dress. or
C. I have a 32" waist.
Write down your goal.
Now let the reasons come into your awareness.
1. It's Over! (I'm no longer overweight)
2. My belly is so small.
3. I am lighter.
4. I can run faster......
Which one excites you the most?
Getting Motivated
EXERCISE
Sit or relax somehow.
Go into peace self hypnosis.
My shoulders, arms and hands are at peace.
My chest and stomach are at peace.
My back is at peace.
My heart is at peace. I am at peace.
See feel yourself reaching your goal weight.
See it happen somehow. I see the scale under 200 pounds.
Next go through the reasons happening.
1. See it over.
2. See your belly so small.
3. See yourself lighter floating like a ballerina.
4. And running fast.
You can do this with strong self hypnosis or just by daydreaming. The more you do it the more you will get motivated. Next week we will continue with getting motivated.
