How To Get
 Insight and Answers 
    
 Got a problem and need some help?
Perhaps you're having discipline problems with your son or you're having writer's block and your article is due Wednesday. Or perhaps you just finished off a bag of Oreos. Your Inner Mind is a vast resource that can deliver insight and answers to help you deal with these everyday concerns.

The Seed Technique
Imagine your Inner Mind as a garden and you are the gardener. Put your question into a seed. Plant and water it. Watch it grow into flowers in just a moment. On each petal of a flower is a letter spelling out your answer or insight. Many times insight will pop into your awareness later. Use the seed technique during your busy day when standing in line, walking, whenever. You can also put your hopes and dreams about your goal and plant them.

EXERCISE
Use the seed technique.
Come up with a question.
First peace self hypnosis
My shoulders, arms and hands are at peace.
My chest and stomach are at peace.
My back is peace.
My heart is at peace. I am at peace.

Next put your question into seeds and plant them.
Flowers will grow quickly and answers will be spelled out on the petals. Or perhaps later it will just float into your awareness.

Receiving Insight
The next step is to see, feel, hear or somehow receive the insight. Many times they will come right away as above or they can come on their own schedule. A good time is waking up in the morning or from a nap. You may also need to ask for insight many times. Note: Insight can be wrong.
