Use either peace or strong self hypnosis then add a program.  

A program for anger, stress, better grades or whatever. Hundreds available.  

 

Peace 

My shoulders, arms and hands are at peace.

My chest and stomach are at peace.

My back is at peace.  

My heart is at peace.

I am at peace. 

 

Strong

My shoulders, arms and hands are strong.

My chest and stomach are strong.  

My back is strong.   

My heart is strong.

How To Give
Yourself A Pep Talk 
 Be your own private coach. Tired? Need help studying for that 'A', working out at the gym to get stronger, doing a better job at work. In all aspects of your life you can give yourself a pep talk. It is inspiring and motivating to get you pumped up. It also tells your Inner Mind what you want to happen so that it can help you.

General Principles for Suggestions
 
A. Make it personal: I, my business, my arm muscles.
No: You can run a 6 minute mile.
Yes: I can run as 6 minute mile.
Yes: My arm muscles grow big and strong.
Yes: My business sells 200 widgets today.

B. Use the present tense.
No: I will get an 'A' on my Math exam.
Yes: I get an 'A' on my Math exam.

C. Use positive terms.
No: I can't finish writing this book.
Yes: I can finish writing this book.

D. Make it clear and simple.

E. Use the word 'can' often.
For example, use I can sell 200 widgets until you start believing it.

F. Use emotional terms.
I love getting an 'A'.

SAMPLE PEP TALK FOR WORKOUT
Taking deep breaths as you walk.
Say Strong Self Hypnosis
I am strong.
I am full of energy.
I bench press 205 today. (today's goal)
I complete my whole workout.
I love working out.

A pep talk can contain 3-5 already made up suggestions like the above example. It should include your goal or today's goal. Or it can be totally spontaneous. However way you do it it's best to have suggestions ready to go. Also can be given without self hypnosis.

EXERCISE
Make up a set of 5 suggestions for your goal or what you are working on. Make it into a Pep Talk. Start using it often.

First strong self hypnosis
My shoulders, arms and hands are strong.
My chest and stomach are strong.
My back is strong.
My heart is strong. I am strong.

Pep Talk  

 Make up 4-5 weight suggestions and put them into a Pep Talk. Say them often especially when thinking about food.
