Our quest to use more of our mind starts today with the Conscious Mind taking charge and using the resources of the Inner Mind to be happier and more productive. Hopefully someday we will discover what lies beyond. Lets first look at model of the mind.

GETTING STARTED
We want the Conscious Mind to be in charge. Using self hypnosis and your willpower it will bring your Inner Mind into awareness where we can start using it and getting the benefits we want.

To Get There Generally We Use
1. Self Hypnosis - peace or strength
2. An App to get a certain benefit like overcoming a desire to eat.
3. Perhaps a Pep Talk.
Your Conscious Mind and Willpower are giving the Inner Mind a script such as: "My shoulders, arms and hands are strong".

OVERALL BENEFITS

SPECIFIC AREAS
a. Memories: We can remember good memories and release the pain in the painful ones. The good memories can inspire and motivate us.
b. Habits: Exam them. Dump bad ones and add good ones.
c. Emotions: Amplify the good ones like love. Let go of the negatives ones like anger.
d. Imagination: Develop it and imagine the life you want. This is also a good way to give direction to the Inner Mind.
e. Creativity: Tap into your creativity just like Albert Einstein did.
f. Directs Body: Help heal and/or change body. At this time not clear. Also Sports
