How To Visualize

The Retreat

 Stressed out? Had enough of your hectic life? Take a vacation break via self hypnosis to have fun and to revitalize and then return to your real life ready to go.

Visualizations are advanced daydreams which provide direction to the Inner Mind. The Retreat is an escape from daily life for R&R. Perhaps it is a hike along Mt Tam or sunning on a sandy beach in Maui. First decide on your place. Develop the colors and shapes. Hear the sounds. Touch and feel. Add your activity: skiing, snoozing, sex or snorkeling. 

How To Be More Effective
a. Go deeper in Self Hypnosis
b. Do more often
c. Use more senses
d. Having actually visited the place

EXERCISE 
Pick out one or more places or activities for your retreats. Write a paragraph on the details: colors, sounds, people, what you see and do. Also determine a starting point. Time could usually be 30 seconds to 5 minutes
