How To Visualize The Retreat

Visualizations are advanced daydreams which provide direction to the Inner Mind. The Retreat is an escape from daily life for R&R. Perhaps it is a hike along Mt Tam or sunning on a sandy beach in Maui. First decide on your place. Develop the colors and shapes. Hear the sounds. Touch and feel. Add your activity: skiing, snoozing, sex or snorkeling.

EXERCISE Pick out one or more places or activities for your retreats. Write a paragraph on the details: colors, sounds, people, what you see and do. Also determine a starting point. Time could usually be 30 seconds to 5 minutes
