How To Visualize The Signpost
Visualizations are advanced daydreams which provide direction to the Inner Mind. They tell the Inner Mind what you would like to happen. We will discuss three types here: Vision, Signpost, Retreat. Last week we did Vision today we do the powerful Signpost. We say visualizations but we want to use as many senses as possible.
How To Be More Effective a. Go deeper in Self Hypnosis b. Do more often c. Use more senses d. How possible is it? The more possible is your dream the more effective is the visualization.
SIGNPOST See feel yourself going down the path of your life. Let the colors and shapes become sharper. Hear the sounds. Use as many senses as possible. See a fork in the road with a old time signpost. The path to the left is the one for giving up or failing. The path to the right is for success. Now look down the to the left and see yourself 3 months from now after giving up or failing. Now look down the path to the right and see yourself 3 months from now on the road to success.
EXERCISE Develop your own Signpost. Write a paragraph with ALL the details. Use it whenever, wherever. Especially good when having doubts or temptations.
