Did you know that Estate Planning has more to do with life than death?

Whether you have documents in place, are in the process, or haven't done it yet, this talk will give you great questions to consider.

When does my estate plan "go to work?" What does my estate plan control, during my life? After death? If I can no longer manage my life, who will be in charge? How do I make sure my plans will be carried out? What happens if I don't plan?

Clay B Spiegel, CPA, CLPF#608 has been serving as a Professional Trustee and Executor for over 5 years, and has been a presenter with the EstatePlanning101.org program for over 4 years. Clay is a sought after speaker for both professional and lay audiences. He is a principal at Lorenz Fiduciary Services, and serves in San Diego, Riverside and Orange Counties.
