Brain Fitness at DMCC

Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays

Brain HQ is the "advanced" program that is available to those living in the 92014 area code; $75 for all others. The Brain Fitness programs are designed to improve thinking, understanding, and memory. The exercises are done on a computer in a classroom for one hour, three times a week.

Holiday Tea

Please join us for a lovely afternoon tea at the St. Peter's Parish Hall. Reconnect with friends and neighbors while enjoying tea, finger sandwiches and cookies. Take in the holiday spirit with beautiful tunes from the duet Janet Hammer and Nathan Fry. There is no fee to attend this event. We are accepting donations of new, unwrapped toys to give to local families in need this holiday season. Guests are encouraged to wear a festive holiday sweater. RSVPs are required. Grocery Van

Wednesday, December 10th

9am - 1:00 pm

DMCC van provides pick up at the homes of Del Mar residents and takes them to Trader Joe's, Ralph's, and Sprouts in Encinitas. We assist riders with shopping, loading, and unloading their purchases. Call DMCC 24 hours in advance to arrange pick up. Rider registration is required.

Singing Together

Singing - like laughter, play, sunshine, countryside and exercise - helps maintain our well-being and happiness. Come and get happy with us! Newcomers always welcome! Song sheets and piano accompaniment provided. Also, we have plans to sing at the Farmer's Markets on December 13th.

Silver Age Yoga for Seniors
