Brain HQ is the "advanced" program that is available to those living in the 92014 area code; $75 for all others. The Brain Fitness programs are designed to improve thinking, understanding, and memory. The exercises are done on a computer in a classroom for one hour, three times a week.

Geared for our more mature residents to enjoy a nice meal and entertainment among the fellowship of others. Transportation is provided to this luncheon. This program is funded in part by a grant from the Del Mar Foundation. Reservations required: (858)792-7565 or dmcc@dmcc.cc. 

DMCC van provides pick up at the homes of Del Mar residents and takes them to Trader Joe's, Ralph's, and Sprouts in Encinitas. We assist riders with shopping, loading, and unloading their purchases. Call DMCC 24 hours in advance to arrange pick up. Rider registration is required.
