Brain Fitness at DMCC
Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays

DMCB- 225 9th St.

Brain HQ is the "advanced" program that is available to those living in the 92014 area code; $75 for all others. The Brain Fitness programs are designed to improve thinking, understanding, and memory. The exercises are done on a computer in a classroom for one hour, three times a week.
Grocery Van
Wednesday, October 22nd

DMCC van provides pick up at the homes of Del Mar residents and takes them to Trader Joe's, Ralph's, and Sprouts in Encinitas. We assist riders with shopping, loading, and unloading their purchases. Suggested donation:  $5. Call DMCC 24 hours in advance to arrange pick up. Rider registration is required. 
We will be stopping by the flu shot clinic after grocery shopping.
