Time Warner  Cable is planning to improve the customer experience with an extensive channel lineup through the launch of a new channel lineup.  The lineup change will only affect channels above 100 and will group channels by genre or theme, making it easier for folks to find specific programming. Channels 1 through 99 are not changing and will stay on the same channel positions.
