THE BRANDY MANHATTAN
A great cocktail is transcendent, and a timeless testament to its creator. The classic Manhattan is a perfect blend of spirits, sweet vermouth and bitters. You might be wondering why Napa Valley Distillery chose to alter this classic cocktail to include brandy instead of bourbon or rye. They have a few good reasons. First, many pre-prohibition cocktails that now feature rye or bourbon once featured brandy. Secondly, brandy is one of their favorite things in the whole, wide world. Lastly, they love to innovate, improve and try new things. They think you'll love it as much as they do. Don't forget the cherry!

SINGLE-ORIGIN CHOCOLATE BARS
In Wine Country, the origin of the grape has a good deal to do with the style and flavor of the wine produced. It's not much different when it comes to chocolate. Chocolate pod harvesting and the creation of chocolate is also greatly effected by the climate and soil of the country/region of origin. Anette's Chocolates had now made four single origin bars -- the perfect size to nibble on or try a chocolate tasting.
