SUMMER PRODUCE IS HERE Oxbow Produce has received the first summer produce of the season, including sweet, juicy stone fruit like cherries and apricots. The sweet corn coming in from Bakersfield is tender and delicious. Strawberries and Delta blueberries are rich and deep in color and flavor. Cantaloupe has made its debut this week and are super sugary with a perfect density. We are still a few weeks away from peak flavor tomatoes but rest assured, once Oxbow Produce has them, they will be the best! Other notable, not-to-be-missed, organic, seasonal produce include Tokyo turnips, asparagus and flame grapes.
