Carol Alexander, firm principal, is a Certified Public Accountant and is accredited through the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts as a Certified Valuation Analyst. She founded the firm more than two decades ago.  

 

A graduate of Florida International University, Carol passed the CPA exam in 1983 and quickly began serving the South Florida community specializing in valuation, taxation and accounting for small businesses and individuals.

Due to her impeccable reputation on matters related to business and finance, Carol has been elected to the Board of Directors for numerous organizations including the Coral Gables Chamber of Commerce and Chamber South, has served as the President for the Rotary Club of Miami Sundown and as Treasurer for the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO) and the University of Miami's Frost School of Music's Friends of Music Organization.  

 

She served as Chair Woman of Chamber South for the year 2010-2011.
