Volunteer with APAH!
Volunteers are Essential to APAH's Work!
L-R: Jennifer Jacobson, her daughter Ari Jacobson, and Ari's friend, Lilly.
APAH is always looking for volunteers to help cook dinners, provide child care, teach computer classes, and much more. Wonderful volunteers bring delicious dinners and provide child care at Buchanan Gardens on Monday nights. As one volunteer says, "Volunteering with APAH has been a wonderful way to work together with family and friends to help our local Arlington community. We have had the opportunity to meet some of the terrific people who live in the Buchanan Gardens complex, and play a small role in supporting the interesting educational programs that APAH offers to residents there.  My daughter looks forward to our volunteer nights, when she gets to work with the kids. It makes Arlington feel like a smaller, warmer place where people from all parts of the community come together and support each other." To volunteer with APAH, please contact Liz McElwee at lmclwee@apah.org.
