It's time for the annual backpack drive!
APAH's 6th annual school supply drive to help residents in K-12 schools
The school year is just now wrapping up, but it's time to think about next fall--some of our students return to class as early as August 1.
Last year, through our generous supporters, 280 APAH children received backpacks and school supplies We ask for your support this year for our sixth Backpack Drive.
In 2012, school supplies cost an average of $95.44 per student, according to the National Retail Federation. For our low-income families, many of whom earn $60,000 or less annually, these costs can be a significant burden.
