In this new video, Rochelle Liu talks about exploring her Chinese roots while studying abroad in Beijing, China. She was able to meet her extended family for the first time and do exciting activities, like zip-lining off the Great Wall of China.  Watch the video here.  

Ugandan Rev. to discuss LGBT rights July 18 


kiyimba  In a country where being gay is illegal, Uganda minister Mark Kiyimba has been threatened numerous times for his stand against an anti-homosexuality bill that could punish those perceived as homosexual with life imprisonment -- or even death -- if passed by the Ugandan parliament. Kiyimba will be in Iowa City July 18 to discuss the struggle for LGBT rights in his country. Learn more.
