A peek at the design of Shakespeare's fantasy island!
In the creation of the world of The Tempest, our design team has been tasked with imagining a stage that can hold a storm at sea, a peaceful picnic and the dark secrets of an island inhabited by fantastical creatures. Click on the image below to view a tease of what they've created:

Meet just a few of the performers in our next show
In the role of Jesus himself is Hart House Theatre newcomer, David Michael Moote. David is a McGill voice performance graduate who spends his days singing in a rock cover band, writing and recording original music while being an active member on the Toronto indie film scene. This upcoming holiday season, David will be singing in the Distillery District and spreading holiday joy to Sick Kids Hospital and local retirement residences...jeez, nice much? *wink
As one of the world's most notorious turncoats, the role of Judas is one of those juicy, dig-your-voice into kind of roles that actors fight long and hard to win. Who has the honour in our production? New to our stage is recent University of Toronto graduate Aaron Williams. Aaron relishes the opportunity to make his debut at Hart House Theatre.
