Live Line Chat Expansion and Enhancements - Coming Soon!

Join us for a chat! DME MAC Jurisdiction A is pleased to announce a new product for the enhancement of our Live Line Chat, including expanded hours of availability. Effective January 11, 2016, the new chat feature will be available for the purpose of online one-on-one chat sessions with NHIC representatives and Outreach Specialists and will replace our regularly scheduled Webinar-based Live Line sessions. This new product provides expanded capabilities and will be comparable to other web based chat products you may have experienced. You will no longer need to download any additional software to participate. A chat session can be opened via our website by clicking on the Live Line Chat "Online" Logo at any time during the designated hours, currently Monday AND Thursday, 8:00am to 4:00pm. You will be able to chat directly with one of our Outreach Specialists or other NHIC Representatives to ask billing, policy, documentation, CERT and other general educational questions, as well as, to ask for assistance in locating information on the DME MAC JA Website. You will be provided with a topic selection for your inquiry and connected with a subject matter expert identified by name and/or photo to chat about your inquiry. Claim specific inquiries

cannot be submitted via Live Line Chat and must be addressed to Customer Service or Written Inquiries. The Live Line Chat logo will display "Online" when available and "Offline" when chat is not available. Additional details about Live Line Chat and the ability
