The Provider Services Portal (PSP) is an internet portal available to DME MAC JA providers. PSP users can easily access beneficiary eligibility, claims information, DME same/similar and specific A, L, & V HCPCS Look-up, NHIC forms submission and status, as well as print Remittances over the internet. The PSP also includes an Additional Documentation Request (ADR) Inbox and a MR Service Center that enables you to respond to ADR requests electronically.
