  • Meeting Minutes for the November 2015 Provider Outreach & Education Advisory Group Meeting are now available

  • DME MAC A Supplier Manual - Chapters 4, 6, 10, 12, and Appendix A were updated

  • New and Revised Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) are now available

  • The following Local Coverage Determinations (LCDs) / Medical Policies have been revised:

The Provider Services Portal (PSP) is an internet portal available to DME MAC JA providers. PSP users can easily access beneficiary eligibility, claims information, DME same/similar and specific A, L, & V HCPCS Look-up, NHIC forms submission and status, as well as print Remittances over the internet. The PSP also includes an Additional Documentation Request (ADR) Inbox and a MR Service Center that enables you to respond to ADR requests electronically.
