Did You Know...
The drama club of Immaculata predates the college founding and therefore is the oldest organization in the university. Originally called the Villa Maria Players, the troupe presented its first production in 1914. The group was eventually renamed "Villa Maria College Players," and the current title, "Cue and Curtain Players," was adopted in the early 1940s.

Mighty Mac Trivia
Who was the Sister that provided direction for the first production in 1914 and for the next 55 years, continued to serve as producer, director and playwright for the group?
Replies will be entered into a monthly drawing for a prize. Don't forget to include your contact information!

And the Answer Is...
In the last edition of "Highlights from the Hill" we asked the following Mighty Mac trivia question:
"Who was the first female president of Immaculata University?"
The Answer:
Mother M. Loyola, IHM, served as president from 1920-1930.
(Also accepted: Sister R. Patricia Fadden, IHM, Ed.D., was president when Immaculata College was awarded University status, becoming Immaculata University)
Thank you to all who participated!
