The class of 1964 had a strong showing with 62 classmates returning to celebrate their 50th reunion on the hill. The Buddy Bench Makes National News

Current Immaculata Ed.D. student and Central York School District's Roundtown Elementary School Principal,  Matt Miller (York, PA) made national news when a second grade Roundtown student approached him asking if the school could have a Buddy Bench, a place for kids to go if they're lonely or need someone to play with, so others could approach them, asking them to join in or to talk. The idea of the Buddy Bench was created, and has made national headlines. You can view more information on the Buddy Bench project here.
