Today, May 1, is the National Day of Prayer. This day is celebrated in communities throughout the United States, when people of all faiths gather to give thanks and to ask God's blessing on our country and all who dwell here. Immaculata University will mark this occasion with our community this morning at 9 AM with a brief prayer service, a flag-raising at the flagpole in front of Villa Maria Hall, and reading of the Scripture. In the event of rain, we will gather in the Rotunda.
