The second annual KPI Survey was sent to all Building Managers in July. Thanks to all that took the time to complete it. The response rate was improved by 34% with this survey. We are tabulating responses now and results will be posted in the October issue of this newsletter. All Building Managers that completed the survey were entered for a Coupa Café gift card. Forty were randomly selected. Gift cards will be delivered after the Labor Day weekend, since so many Stanford staff take vacation during the quietest time on campus, before students return.
We have had a number of you ask for information from past newsletter issues. The LBRE ITS group developed a "Find/Search" feature, specifically for the From the Ground Up archive web page. The intent is to allow a word search of all of our archived newsletters to find a particular topic or article. I have used it several times since it was launched to forward an article on to a new employee or to someone interested in the subject. Please give it a try and let us know how it works for you.
Interesting fact - the quietest time for Event Services is the week after NSO.
