In May, the campus is busy with interesting events for all! Some of the events scheduled include-
The 44th Annual Stanford Powwow and Art Market - May 8-10th
The Stanford American Indian Organization (SAIO) and the Stanford Powwow Planning Committee will host the 44th Annual Stanford Powwow held in the Eucalyptus Grove at Galvez and Campus Drives. The Stanford Powwow is open to the public and overnight camping spaces are available.
Amy J. Blue Award Ceremony - May 13th
The Amy J. Blue Awards honor staff members who are exceptionally dedicated, supportive of colleagues and passionate about their work. The awards were established in memory of Blue, an associate vice president for administrative services and facilities who died of brain cancer in May 1988. This year's event will be held at 3:30pm at the John A. and Cynthia Fry Gunn Building.
Health Matters Community Day - May 16
Stanford Medicine will host Health Matters Community Day. As part of the event, the Stanford Life Flight helicopter will be landing for display and tours on the Mudd lawn. (You may want to share this information with buildings in your area that may see the helicopter landing and taking off during the day.)

Bike to Work Day - May ,14th show your love of the road on two wheels when you commute to work and Multicultural SpringFest - May 21st to honor Stanford's diversity. See articles included in this issue.
