THE BUILDING MANAGEMENT NEWSLETTER

YOUR OPINION MATTERS!  Last week Zone Management sent Building Managers the first of two surveys.  These surveys will be used to identify Top 10 Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for building operation and maintenance and then measure current service levels for each KPI.  Zone Management will survey building managers annually to track KPI performance over time. We will work closely with you to share survey results, address issues, and implement action plans for improvement.  Please, if you have not done so, take a moment to complete this first survey.

Our next training session,  Building Fire Systems, How Do They Work?, will be held on Monday, July 28th, 9:30 am -11 am.  The session will be held at 340 Bonair Siding, conference rooms H, D and L.  More information will be sent, along with an RSVP link as we get closer to the date.

And, saving the best for last, The Class of 2014 graduates on June 15th!  As usual, many at Stanford work hard to have the campus shine during commencement week.  Please let your Zone Manager or Zone Administrator know if there is an area that needs attention before we welcome our friends and family to the Farm.
