  LBRE Survey to Building Managers

Dear Building Managers,

Zone Management requests your support for a very important process improvement initiative. Successful programs require periodic feedback to continuously improve and adjust to changing needs.  To provide effective facilities services in support of Stanford teaching, research, and business activities, it is critical that we better understand building facilities needs, as well as our performance in meeting those needs. Due to your intimate knowledge of your building programs, occupants, and facilities, your participation in this effort is critical.  In May, Zone Management will survey all building managers to select or nominate their Top Ten Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to building facilities operations and maintenance. Based on the survey results, Zone Management will identify the overall most popular Top Ten KPIs. It is important that all selected KPIs be measurable and can be acted upon and improved. In June, building managers will be surveyed to rate and provide comments regarding the current level of service for each of the Top Ten KPIs. We look forward to receiving your survey responses.

Thank you for your participation and support!
