THE BUILDING MANAGEMENT NEWSLETTER
Fall Quarter begins and bike riders will be back in force when our students return. Be extra careful crossing intersections as bikes can come out quickly from either roadways or sidewalks. Freshmen return on September 16th when New Student Orientation begins. Stanford offered admission to 2,210 students for the Class of 2017. An exciting time for Freshmen as they get to know their home for the next four years.  See link below for NSO calendar of events.

Zone Management offers two classes for Building Managers this quarter. On September 17th, we repeat New Building Managers Training. And on October 8th, Dobie Howard will present Using FIMS Portal to Access Building Information. These classes are open to you and your staff to help you coordinate maintenance work and event set-up in your building. Please RSVP with the class you wish to take to Raveena Ulrich (raveena@stanford.edu) We will also send an e-mail reminder for both classes as we get closer to the date. We are always eager to hear suggestions and ideas for future classes.
