New additions in the CSU
|
By Haley Severson CSU Public Relations Intern
Over the past year, there have been significant changes in the lower level of the Centennial Student Union. These changes were made to fit the needs of YOU, the students.
Dining Services sent out a survey to students that helped change the food venue in the lower level, adding Erbert and Gerberts and Star Ginger.
The CSU Board sent out surveys to see what the students wanted to be changed, with the result of new high top tables, comfortable new seating, privacy walls for the computers, and adding a new scoring system in the Bullpen.
The CSU will also be making changes to the main level of the building next summer.

Maverick Bullpen and its Scoring System
|
By Jasmine Vorasane
CSU Intern & Bullpen Student Worker
Over the summer, the Maverick Bullpen upgraded to a new point of sales system and added brand new televisions for the scorning monitors, giving the bowling center a new look and feel. The point of sales system allows the Bullpen to track everything being used and purchased throughout the day.
The point of sales system gives students the opportunity to play different kinds of bowling games, that many do not know about, including low ball, poker, color head pin, and best ball. Each game has a its own objective which is different from a traditional game of bowling.
Currently, the Bullpen has been offering new food deals each week from its snack bar. During this school year, there are plans to add new food items to the menu and change the look of the bowling center.
Keep an eye out for more changes to come through out the year!
Check out the virtual tour of the Bullpen here.
