Do you want to learn more about the health and wellbeing needs of your clients and community? Coming in January 2015 you will have a chance to join with centres across the province and participate in the "Be Well" provincial wellbeing survey.

The "Be Well" survey includes 16 core questions developed by over 10 early adopter CHCs, and in consultation with the Canadian Index of Wellbeing (CIW) national office. Equipped with the results of the survey, your health centre will gain an enhanced understanding of what is keeping your clients and communities healthy and will help members strengthen wellbeing across the province.

For more information or to sign up to be part of the survey, please contact Wendy Banh, CIW Project Coordinator, at wendy@aohc.org.
