Building a QI Knowledge-Sharing Community of Practice

Communities of practice (CoP) are groups of people who share a passion for something that they do, and who interact regularly to learn how to do it better. Through the process of sharing information, knowledge and experiences we learn from each other, and develop personally and professionally.

Join us at our upcoming Annual Professional Learning Events in January for Community Health Centres, Aboriginal Health Access Centres, Community-Governed Family Health Teams and Nurse Practitioner-Led Clinics to build our knowledge sharing community.
