Rural health to be featured during Working Better Together conference

How can we strengthen community-based services while integrating with the full continuum of care and effectively address the social determinants of health in rural settings?
At AOHC's "Working Better Together" conference you can participate in the development of a white paper that is focused on rural health integration.
Towards a Rural Health Strategy is a Think Tank session where you can contribute to the development of Community Health Ontario's Rural Health Integration Position Paper. Community Health Ontario's desk review and dialogues with rural Ontario health service providers will provide the basis for this session. Facilitators will engage participants in an exciting exchange of ideas on best practices and strategies to achieve more equitable, accessible and person-centred service through rural health integration. |
