Celebrate Valentine's Day Italian Style
Valentine's Day is one of the busiest days of the year for restaurants. Can true romance really be felt in an over-crowded, busy location filled with strangers?

Our idea of romance is a nice home-cooked Italian meal. It shows a lot more thought and effort than phoning in a reservation, and with a few special touches, the ambiance can easily surpass what you would find in most restaurants.

Any nice and rich pasta dish matches perfectly with a full-bodied Italian red wine that can stand up to, as well as complement, the flavors of the dishes. Why not try Spring Lake Winery's new wine release, our 2010 Red Zinfandel. This wine is also a wonderful match to any chocolate dessert, and we recommend a light mousse or fresh strawberries & Nutella. Add some candles and wonderful Italian music from Dean Martin or Michael Bublé, and you have the perfect setting for a relaxing, private night for two.
