We're Saving A Place For You!
Fight off the winter chill with a hearty, home-cooked breakfast together in the Social Hall at 8:00 AM this Sunday morning, February 2.  Breakfast time is for the entire church family, and the women and children of the church are encouraged to come and enjoy this special time together, too.

CHILDREN'S NEWS AND YOUTH HIGHLIGHTS
Children
Our KMD kids are getting ready to send out some love. Valentine's Day is rapidly approaching, and our KMD kids will be having a Valentine's Day party on Friday, February 14, from 6-8:30. This will be going on at the same time the Valentine Banquet for adults is going on, so feel free to bring your parents as well! There is no cost for the kids' party, and we will be serving pizza, popcorn, and watching movies and doing crafts. Can't wait to see you there.

Youth
Kick-off for the big game is this Sunday, and the youth are ready to pull for their favorite team. We are having a Super Bowl party and can't wait! We have finished our work on the youth room (for now) and look forward to showing it off to our friends. The party is from 5 until halftime, so if you want to stop on by, please do.

 

MUSIC NOTES

This week it looks as if we could have another Polar Express that could dump some more snow on us on Wednesday.  Hopefully, it will pass us by and things can go on normally.   However, if things get bad we will cancel rehearsals because we want everyone to be safe.  We will notify Chancel Choir members via phone or text.  

Our dear Joe Lamb did an outstanding job on his solo during the anthem.  We really love and appreciate him!

So, bundle up and stay tuned for more if we have bad weather.

Join us on Friday, February 14, at 6:00 PM for our annual Valentine Banquet.  Our evening together will include a delicious dinner, door prizes, a photo booth, and live entertainment...all for only $10.00 per plate.  Children are invited to a FREE Valentine Pizza Party in the Youth Room on the second floor during the banquet.
