Happening in the High
HS Play - This Friday, May 31, 7:30PM
May 31st - Join us for the 12th Grade Play "God of Carnage", by Yasmina Reza, 7:30 pm in the Meadows Hall (appropriate for grades 7 and up due - to adult themes and language).
Senior Showcase - Next Wednesday, June 5, 7:00PM
In thanks for the community's support of their experience at this school, the seniors would like to share a few of the highlights of their year with you. They will set out some of their work, give short presentations about their individual senior projects, and present a slideshow about their class trip to Ireland. Please join the Class of 2013 for the Senior Showcase on Wednesday, June 5th, at 7:00 pm in the Meadows Hall.
9th Grade Marionette Play
The ninth grade would like to extend an invitation to all the parents in the community to come see them perform a play on Thursday, June 13, at 7:00 p.m. in the Eurythmy Hall. The play will be a Navajo story, featuring the marionettes ninth grade has been busily creating in afternoon art classes for the last several weeks. We ask that no children be in attendance, as this play will be performed at the assembly on Friday, June 14, and we would like for the students to experience it together.

MOVE-A-THON
NEXT FRIDAY, JUNE 7
For Grades 1 - 8
(High School is Event Staff)
- The big day of school spirit is next Friday.
- Grades 1 - 12 should be gathering pledges for their participation now. Each student is encouraged to obtain $150 in pledges, any student who does will be entered into a raffle to win a fun prize. We're giving away basketballs, scooters, beach fun kits and more. It's important for them to know generating the $150 is not a guarantee, there is still luck involved!
- Pledge sheets due on June 6.
- Classes who obtain 100% participation, at any monetary level, win prizes for their class.
- If you need an extra pledge packet, come on in to the office. Or print out this form and attach it to your own envelope.
The on-line pledges from out-of-town family and friends are coming in with great success. Give it a try.
Use the template of the email note attached, adding your own personal details, and directing supporters to www.waldorfschool.com where they will click on the Move-a-Thon link. They can pledge to support a specific student very easily following the simple instructions. When we receive an on-line pledge, you receive notification from us so your child will know to include it on their pledge sheet.
No need to order a t-shirt for your child. We've already done it and it's free.
