Cody Chamber E-Newsletter  -  June 3, 2016

Kathy Thompson & the Chamber staff are already hard at work on the annual Art Show. Rendezvous Royale week will include the events of the Buffalo Bill Art Show & Sale (live auction September 23 and quick draw September 24), the Buffalo Bill Center of the West's Patrons Ball (September 24), and the By Western Hands show (September 22-24).  The Boot Scoot n' Boogie will be on September 17.  The schedule of events and classes are online here for your reference.

The Buffalo Bill Art Show & Sale includes classes such as "Paint the Town" with artist Michele Usibelli, "Colorful Canvases" with John Potter, a furniture building workshop with John Gallis, and "Play in the Clay" with artist Jeff Rudolph.

The Art Show mini wall sale starts Wednesday, June 15th.  The exciting wall sale by many of the Buffalo Bill Art Show & Sale Artists offers smaller scale art work for sale by both painters and sculptors! You won't want to miss this opportunity to add to, or start, your art collection.

The mission of the Buffalo Bill Art Show: Hold a major fundraising event for the Buffalo Bill Center of the West, the Cody Country Chamber of Commerce and other art organizations in Cody Country and promote Cody as an art community by cooperatively sponsoring a nationally renowned western art show and sale.

Parking lot...changes!

As you may have noticed, our parking lot entrance is in a new place.  The new north entrance via Sheridan Avenue is now the main entrance/exit to our lot.  Large trucks, RV's and trailers are discouraged from parking in our main lot due to the small turnaround space.  RV's can park along 9th street.  The larger lot on the west end is now for cars and small trucks only.  The smaller area on the east end of the building is no longer for parking, instead that is a wider entrance/exit road.
