Starting on Friday, January 3rd, and running through Sunday, January 5th, The Wineries of Indiana's Northeast (of which Satek Winery is a proud member) will be giving away 2 Free glasses for every completed WINE Tour card! It is our hope to begin to offer special benefits this year for those who have completed the Tour, and there won't be a better time than then to make our acquaintance.

The WINE Tour is still running throughout the winter. Be sure to check each winery for their winter hours before making the journey to one of them. Come check out the 7 wineries involved in the WINE Tour, with a purchase you receive a stamp on your passport. After completing the tour, all 7 stamps, you will receive a logo WINE Tour glass, that is unable to be purchased anywhere! 

There will be themed weekends and activities as the WINE Tour continues to grow.

Looking for a great way to use some Satek wine in your meals? Check out this easy and delicious chicken recipe submitted by Roger Hormann.
 
*1 cup Satek Traminette wine
*1 stick butter
*1 lemon squeezed for juice
*1 T garlic powder
 
1. Put all ingredients in sauce pan and simmer on low stirring frequently
 
2. Grill chicken breasts basting with sauce frequently until done
 
Makes enough sauce for 6-8 or other cuts of  chicken
