No matter where you teach, math is math. But because it can be time consuming to track how your state standards align with any curriculum, and to ensure full coverage, we have some new resources to help.

We've Got Your Back
To help understand how Eureka aligns to your state standards, our teacher-writers have created a series of State Standards Alignment Studies. They have just completed two more in the series -- for Florida and for Louisiana. These comprehensive analyses show how Eureka Math fulfills state requirements for each grade K through 12. The studies are accessible on our teacher support page. We have a total of six alignment studies now. States covered include Indiana, Oklahoma, Minnesota and Texas.
Everybody Needs Options:  Visualizing Fractions
Want to really see what a fraction looks like? Draw a picture. There will be no doubt about the relative size of fractions. This model, the third and last in a series by Eureka Math Lead Mathematician Scott Baldridge, connects abstract numbers to easy-to-remember visual images. You can find a summary of all three tools-including tape diagrams and number bonds-on our website. These models give students alternative ways to think about mathematical concepts and provide options for solving problems. That's good news and the essence of great teaching.
