Eureka Math leads "The Rise of Open Curriculum"

"For years, districts have worried that the dollar savings are erased when you consider the hard work to piece together curricula from scratch. Not any more." Eric Westendorf, CEO and co-founder of LearnZillion, blogs about welcoming the change to using open educational resources, such as Eureka Math (EngageNY) in classrooms. "The EngageNY curriculum, for instance, provides teachers with everything they need to teach math and English in Kindergarten through 12th grade. The EngageNY K-8 math curriculum was also the only one to receive a top rating by EdReports, a curriculum reviewer."

Eureka/Texas Alignment

At the behest of Eureka users in the Lone Star State, our team has completed grade K-7 crosswalks between Eureka Math and the new Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills for Mathematics (TEKS). The alignment study uses a color-coded system to show exactly how well Eureka Math correlates to each standard in TEKS. The vast majority of TEKS standards at each grade level are covered by Eureka

Eureka en Español

Some districts using Eureka Math have independently developed Spanish translations of our classwork, homework, exit tickets and more and are sharing those resources with the Eureka community. Port Chester Schools in New York translated our K-5 student-facing materials and Berkeley Unified Schools in California translated our Parent Tip Sheets for the same grades.
