Eureka Math Champions
As educators, you see the positive impact Eureka Math is having on your students every day. Through your great work, we're bringing good math to more and more classrooms across the country.
Our Eureka Math Champions
We invite you to join our network of dedicated educators in building awareness and inspiring others by sharing Eureka Math student success stories and classroom experiences. Eureka Math Champions come from all levels of education to work with our Great Minds team to share their Eureka stories. In the process, Champions become a part of a growing community of educators who are learning and working together. Champions are saying:

K-5 Math Coach at Berkeley Unified School District, CA
Math Facilitator & 5th Grade Teacher at Lukeville Upper Elementary School in West Baton Rouge, LA
Coordinator of Curriculum & Staff Development at Holly Area Schools, MI

Principal of Park Elementary School in East Baton Rouge, LA

"It's taking some time to get students, teachers, and parents to understand that our goal is about making sense of math, not in just finding the right answer."

"The Eureka Math strategy of read, write, or draw is helpful. You have some children who can explain how they understand the math by drawing a picture; then some see the algorithm; and some, like me, write words to explain what they are doing. This curriculum is asking for all that. We can touch all types of students, all types of learners with it."

"The way the teachers are teaching this year, the focus is on really understanding how the numbers work. The number sense piece is huge."

"I had a low-performing  student last year when I was teaching...One day he raised his hand, and I called on him. He said, 'Ms. LeBlanc, if I would have known math was this easy I would have liked it a long time ago.'"
